Can I place my order by phone?
- We do not accept orders by phone. All orders must be placed directly on our website.

I have made a mistake on my order details, what should I do?
- You can contact us to change your billing or shipping details. Notice, all orders are final, we do not accept order cancellations and we do not change orders.



What payment method do you accept?
- Bank Transfer, PayPal (3.95% fee) and Crypto-Currencies (1% fee).

Do you accept cash payments?
- We may accept cash payments at our office, just as an exception, on a case per case basis mainly for customers who do not have alternative means of payment available. You must first send us an email, if we agree, then you can place your order on our website. After that, we can arrange a collection appointment at our office. A 1% fee for cash payments will apply, and our Anti Money Laundry Policy will be thoroughly followed. Please consult our AML Policy. We do not accept any credit card payments at our office.

Do you accept Credit Cards?
- Payments with Credit or Debit Cards can be processed only through PayPal. Please note that when using PayPal make sure your account and shipping address are PayPal verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet this requirement.

Which Crypto-Currencies do you accept?
-  Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), Dash (DASH), Litecoin (LTC), EOS (EOS) and 3 USD-pegged stablecoins (GUSD, USDC, and PAX). We use GoCoin and BitPay payment processors for accepting Crypto-Currencies.

How do I pay with Bitcoin using BitPay?
- To pay for an order with Bitcoin you must send us a request by email after placing your order so we can send you a BitPay invoice. For more information on how to use BitPay please check this tutorial video:

When will you confirm my payment?
- Payments are confirmed by our accounting department every morning during business days. Normally, after the payment is sent, it can take up to 3 business days for the money to arrive in our bank account. So please be patient. If you do not receive a payment confirmation by email after 72 hours, then please contact us by email.

Can someone else pay on my behalf?
- Due to our Anti Money Laundering Policy, all orders must be paid by the person whose name appears on the invoice billing address. Invoice name and bank account name need to match for payments to be accepted. The same applies to PayPal and BitPay payments.

What is the cheapest way to pay for my order?
- Normally the cheapest way for paying your order is by bank transfer in EUR, if you are outisde the EUR zone, you can use Transferwise, Revolut or PaySera for paying us in EUR.

Is there VAT on my order?
- All our website prices are final and already include all taxes when applicable. If your delivery location is within the European Union, you will not pay any extra VAT or Import taxes. The same applies when importing precious metals to places like the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Norway, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Dubai and other locations where coins/precious metals are tax free. However, if your delivery location is outside any of these countries, then we highly recommend you to check your customs/tax office to know if you will have to pay any import taxes. It is your sole responsibility to make sure you follow the laws of your country when importing our products. We will not be liable for any taxes/duty you might have to pay in your country.

I just placed an order on your website, until when can I send payment?
- To guarantee your price, you must ensure that your payment is sent within 3 business days. Order cancellations are not accepted.

What are your bank account details and other payment method details?
- Please contact us by email for updated payment details.

Please note that we do not accept shipping payments. All orders are delivered in Tallinn to the courier of your choice. Therefore, do not send payments for the delivery to ourselves as all shipping costs must be paid directly to the delivery company of your choice.



How to take my orders from storage?
- You just need to send us an email with the request.
